ReTek Project - Retrofits and Refrabication
ButtonCESI took on this refabrication project for Rubble Inc. Lyon's Pit. We completely gutted this crusher from old German controls and rewired it into a work state using relay-based logic.
More recently in the winter of 2022, CESI retofitted the 1950's electrical
for Transpro Burgener office building, gutting everything and bringing it up to code in addition we replaced all their ligthing with LED. -

Stavola MCC
ButtonCESI designed and build this motor control center in-house for the Beaver Run CH540 cone crusher on the East Coast. Shipped and installed onsite, the electrical sits in a 20ft overseas container. Easy to fabricate, ship and place.

Lasting Electrical Maintenance
ButtonCESI maintains all of Allweather Woods Products electrical and implemented a complete PLC upgrade for their facility in Loveland, CO. We don't mind overseeing various operations for electrical maintenance because, we confidently get things into a working state that is proven to last generations.
Most recently in spring of 2023, CESI is cleaning up machinary and performing winter maintenance on the Morrsion plant for Holcim. Preventative maintenace within plants is necessary to keep your operations reliable.

Custom Controls for Aggregate Use
ButtonWe build electrical enclosures and fabricate stands for a variety of applications within the aggregate industry. This application was for a jaw crushers, conveyors, screens, and other assoicated equipment for Kemper Equipment, who we have been working with on projects since the 90's.

Lighting for the City of Wray
ButtonCESI designed the lighting electrical grid for the City of Wray remotely. Building lighting panels in-house. All work for installation was contracted out to the electricans local to Wray. Bridging the communication between utility providers and engineers. Together we are stronger.

Systems Upgrades for Left Hand Water District
CESI helped assist Cotta Controls to upgrade the Left Hand Water Districts water handling systems. Changing out the PLC and, wiring their exisiting panel to be in complicance with the new system.

Water Distribution Systems for Quarry Reservoirs
For the ready-mix plants of Johnstown and Boulder Ready-mix, CESI sized vertical turbine pumps for pressure and flow to retreive water from their reserviors. Dual starters, pumps, VFD's and transfer switches for redundency , increased water pressure for washing and more. CESI will help you install a systems that accomodates your operation best.

Portable CNG Station
CESI has designed a portable compressed natural gas station at the Loveland Ready-mix plant in Loveland, CO. Using two NG-50E compressors inside of a 40ft overseas container, large blower motor fans for increased airflow and cooling of the compressors, storage tanks placed ontop the station. This station uses a quick-fill application that has the capablity of fueling a fleet of 10 trucks simultaneously. Take it anywhere a natural gas line is present. This station is free to the public for veiwing. Please call us to set-up a tour.

Permanent CNG Stations
Permanent placement of CNG stations for fueling fleet vehicles. This compressed natural gas station is set at Johnstown Ready-mix plant. Remote monitoring by ANGI's HMI alert messages allow CNG station's to be unmanned. This station is free to the public for veiwing. Please call us to set-up a tour.

Knoxpit LRM - Custom Radio Control's for tunnel conveyor and diester feeder
2-channel = 2 part equipment controls. One to start/stop tunnel conveyor and the other to start/stop diester feeder. Redudant hand controls on panel face. Painted to match the equipement.

Kemper Equipment - Jaw crusher & Grizzly feeder Control Panel
The following scope of work is a start/stop and speed control for the grizzly and jaw crusher. Powered by 12VDC Power supply and imposing relay switching. Two selector switches in the main control panel “Hand – Remote.”
