REBOUND VALVE

REBOUND VALVE

Hold upto 3000PSI without continuously running motors.

Save money

Run motors only when you need to get up to a desired pressure.

Save energy

Hold pressures up to 3000PSI for as long as you call for it.

Go green

Reduce electromechanical usage and overall electrical energy usage.

What is it?

Rebound Valve is a hydraulic control valve for leveling and holding pressure in a process control system. It has the capability of holding pressure of 4000psi without continually running motor(s) to maintain pressure. In all technicality, it is a manifold due to the design using a chamber branching system to allow pressure to evenly distribute into several openings.

Get up to pressure and stay there for as long as needed. Any industry that is need of holding pressures for long periods of time, has locking systems could benefit from the capability for implementation. Production lines, manufacturing, material handling equipment, assembly lines, etc.

What does it do?

  • It can stop material by the ton accurately.
  • Hold the material stopped in place while surrounding parts of the system are still in full operation.
  • It has proven to handle abrupt hydraulic pressure and flow and is not affected by extreme environmental conditions.
  • Useful in situations where heavy weights need to be moved or powerful movements need to be carried out with precision in tight spaces.

Example: the valve will hold hydraulic pressure in place. You can let off the handle, shut off the motor and it will stay at the desired pressure until you start the pump again.

It can also be expressed as a holding valve.

Where is it used today?

Rebound Valve has been field tested since 1970 in the agriculture industry. It's use and current application is for cultivation. It is used for plows, disks and trailing equipment. Farmers decide a depth and the valve will hold it.
