United Companies MCC

CESI designed and build a new motor control center and control room in-house for the United Companies companies Woody Creek Site in Aspen, CO. 


This 40ft overseas container includes a beautiful natural wood finish control room with bay windows, electrical room both insulated with heat and small uninsulated storage room for tools with access from the back. Custom fabrication that is easy to ship and place.

Holcim - Morrison Quarry Complete Rebuild

Starting spring 2023, CESI rewired machinary, rebuilt panels and completely rebuilt the electrical in this quarry from rats nests of wires to a fully operational plant. We created a maintenance plan for continual upkeep. We got this plant back in operation increasing the production capability up 80%!


The mess of the Morrison Quarry is a prime example of why preventative maintenace and electrical cabinet cleaning is necessary to keep your operations reliable.

Medium Voltage Installation Certified

CESI will assist in your plant upgrades, electrically. We will do a power analysis for general heavy equipment upgrades. 

Would you like to own your own transformers that feed your facility? CESI can install medium voltage services from the pole down for any application. Trenching involved, install cable underground, etc.
