MINUTEMAN MAINTENANCE PLAN

Predict Failure Before Production Halts.

The Path to Predictive Maintenance is as easy as:

1. Turn current data into confident decisions.

2. Catch small changes before they become shutdowns.

3. Building reliability every day.

Minute by Minute.

Maintenance by Maintenance.

PATENT PENDING

How We Stay One Step Ahead of Downtime.

The Minuteman Maintenance Plan continuously monitors the electrical amperage of critical plant equipment, identifying abnormal operating trends before they become costly failures.

Using real-time motor load analysis, the Minuteman tracks equipment performance across the facility and alerts maintenance personnel when operating conditions begin to drift from normal.

The result is

  • Fewer unexpected shutdowns
  • Lower repair costs
  • Improved maintenance planning
  • Increased plant uptime.

What's Costing You Production?

Unplanned Downtime

Equipment rarely fails without warning. The Minuteman identifies abnormal electrical trends long before they become shutdowns.

Maintenance Guesswork

Replace calendar-based maintenance with real operating data. Service what needs attention—when it needs attention.

Labor Efficiency

Spend less time chasing problems and more time moving material. The Minuteman helps your team focus on production instead of reactive maintenance.

Most catastrophic failures begin as small electrical changes long before production comes to a stop.

The Plan Behind the Minuteman

Confirm the Plant Layout

  • Identify equipment and label.
  • Get motor nameplate information.
  • Build the digital layout.
  • Program equipment on an industrial-grade touchscreen.

If you touch any piece of equipment on the screen, it will change screens to show only the equipment item you have chosen.

Install & Configure

1.     With this PLC in your facility, you can automate anything,

  • VFD - P&ID automatically adjust feed rate to maintain full choke on crushers.
  • Oil temperature monitoring.
  • Conveyor load balancing.
  • If it improves your operation, it can be programmed.

2.     Each piece of equipment will have the programming to do the following:

a. Automated start/stop

b. Interlocking and disable interlocking. Hand/Auto mode.

  • In hand the piece of equipment can be started.
  • In auto the piece of equipment will be interlocked and shutdown if in the material handling flow pattern.

3. Submittal of a material handling flow chart for your approval prior to programming.

a. On-site programming to fine tune to your preferences.

3.     The PLC will send texts and emails.

  • Factory setting amperage shifts 10%.
  • Weekly reports, daily, hourly, etc.
  • CESI will have a cell connection to the site. We can log into your PLC and program changes and help with maintenance.

Connect & Monitor

Your Plant Never Stops Learning

  • Enable cloud logging
  • Configure reports
  • Receive alerts
  • Monitor trends remotely and customize for troubleshooting. Example: If your having a problem and want to access data on that piece of equipment, you set to 5 seconds to watch the ampere and narrow down the issue of why it's pulling more amperage.

Let the Minuteman find failing equipment before it becomes an unplanned shutdown.

See Problems the Moment They Begin.

MONITOR THE AMPERAGE RIGHT AS IT LEAVES THE CONTROL CENTER.

LOCALIZED NEAR THE OPERATOR'S STATION.

TOUCHSCREEN HMI ON DOOR OF ENCLOSURE & OPTIONS TO MONITOR FROM A REMOTE AREA.

White – equipment is not running

Green – running and under setpoints for caution and warnings.

Yellow – equipment running at or above 80% (factory setting).

Red – equipment running at or above 90% (factory setting).

Yes, monitoring amperage can give you all of this...
