RECENT PROJECTS

Severence Lift Station

CESI brought the control panel from inside the dry well to the surface, making maintenance safer, faster, and more accessible. CESI integrated VFD status, fault monitoring, alarms, and wet well level monitoring into the City's Public Works building, giving operators centralized visibility and control of the lift station.
Pond River Project - Raptor Materials

Furnish and install a level control system for pump up application. We also fabraicated this floating dock that included a submersible pump electrical installation.
Well Rebuild - Varra Companies

CESI took on water handling projects from Varra Companies. This project we rebuilt the well and the pump panel, included a submersible pump electrical installation.

Water Handling Control Systems

System controls of your pumps based on process pressure using a panel with a variable frequency drive (VFD) to adjust pump speed. Each system is customized for the site. This system works with both hot and cold-water processes.

Blending Valve - Linear Logic Controller

CESI has implemented a controller for batching plants in the winter that will ensure you the perfect pour every time. No more inaccuracy or, guessing. Automate your water handling and eliminating manual labor with direct reading from a thermocouple at your inlet.

The water controller connects to the hot and cold-water supply system. It reads the temperature and adjusts the valve with a pressure sensor to control the water mix.
